The SNA Planning & Development Committee works with the alderman, property owners, developers and City Departments to ensure that all development, residential and commercial, within our boundaries meet the needs and standards of our community.

Zoning Change Notices

 

Are you an SNA resident who has recently received a written notice about a proposed zoning change for a property near you? If so, please contact SNA at once, at info@southportneighbors.com.

 

When you keep the SNA Planning & Development Committee informed of these notices, we are able to promptly review and determine whether the proposed change is consistent with the density and quality construction standards of the community.

 

Jewel Store to be Rebuilt
